How do I transfer user accounts from old domain controller to new domain controller?

The old domain was running on winNT, and there is a seperate new computer with win2k server now. I want to transfer all the user accounts (preferabbly with passwords) onto the new domain. I can do it with adduser.exe from the winnt resource kit, but I would have to buy it. (Does adduser.exe allow winnt-> win2k server transfers?). Any other way this is possible?
