My old computer doesn't have internet access anymore, and I want to transfer ALL of my mailover to my new computer. Some of the messages are very large, so i can't save them to a floppy. Any ideas?

If you don't have internet access and you can't use a floppy about the only way you can transfer the files is by installing the hard drive in the new computer. Some of your recent messages may still be on the mail server but it won't be much.

You export your email to a .pst file. Then you burn it on to cd. Easiest way to do it.

I'm assuming he doesn't have that option. It was too big for the floppy, burning a CD would have been a no-brainer if available.

network, cross over cable. I drag the folders to skip all the .pst stuff. Takes some detective work sometimes..

you could always zip the files up and span them to multiple floppies. Winzip&WinRAR will both do this.. just make sure you tell them to split into files less than 1.3MB.
Here is a link for backing up OE.

Hopefully he doesn't have as much mail stored as my boss or I. He's about 600MB, I have about 500MB.

well you could download a file splitter and save to a floppy then take to the other computer then ZIP the files and split them into 1.44 chunks and move them to the other computer then unsplit them. You could do a search on zdnet or something for a file splitter and your bound to find one for free...
