how do I transfer my netscape bookmarks?

My desktop was running netscape 4.73. I installed 7.01 and it imported my mail and bookmarks all by itself. I installed 7.01 on my new laptop. The desktop seems to be using the old 4.73 mail and bookmark folders, and not the bookmark file in the 7.01 folder. I tried copying the 4.73 bookmark file to the laptop, but it didnt use the bookmark file I overwrote. I also tried copying the whole netscape folder with out any luck.
The file and folder structure and names are all different too, so I don't know which files to use to transfer my mail over either.

Export your Bookmarks from the old NS, then Import them with the new.
