I just joined here few weeks ago, and still have no clue how to buy or trade.

Do I send money first to the seller? How do I find out that he is not a scammer?

I have seen a lot of scammer on Ebay. That is why I worry about buying stuff

Sometimes, ppl receive money, and they dont send me a product. (happened 3 times!)

So, Can anyone tell guide me how to buy or tradE?
