How do I track my NCIX order?

I got confirmation that my order has been sent. How do I track it since it is being shipped via Canada post Ground ?

I would like to know where it is now so I can be prepared for the postman,,,thx all

I have my order from NCIX,and also a tracking number,but how do I implement them?
