How do I trace an IP address?

Some F*@ker registered my e-mail address with a Porn Site. I have traced the IP address and the following information was shown.

RegionID 4429 - South Glamorgan
CityID 5957 - Cardiff
Weighting 10
Latitude 51.481
Longditude -3.174
Certainty 67

IP Address 212.159.165.71

The Web Site my email was registered with gave this info also -

The site gave me a unique key also.

What do I do now? Do I contact my webmaster or what? Would like to kinda teach the Tw@t a lesson.

Traceroute and then contact his ISP. That's your best bet.

That IP is from Tiscali. I would contact them and see what they can do.

It was probably one of your friends. Whois the ip and figure out which one of your friends uses that isp.
