How do i test the max speed for a memory?

i bought a pc133 cas 2 Infinion ram, but i was only able to run it upto 112fsb due to cpu and motherboard limitations. Is there a way to test if this chip will run stable at 133mhz fsb at cas2? the programs i've used didnt show me exactly what it was.
