How do I test my memory, Memory Testing during POST takes 2 min now

I noticed the other day that my computer would hang at the 'Memory Testing' phase during the POST process (where you can enter 'Del' to get to the settings). It would take 2 minutes before it'll get into WIndows. No hardware was changed and no software was installed to trigger this from my knowledge. Is there a program that I can use in Windows to get more detail on this?

I have two sticks of 1GB OCZ DDR2 ram. I later tried an old stick of 1GB PQI Turbo and it worked fine, but the OCZ sticks still hung up.

Memtest 86+ can be used to test memory for errors. There is a version that can be used in a windows environment, I believe, but it's less accurate. I'd advise using Memtest86+ if you want to test memory. A guide can be in the CPUs and Overclocking Forums sticky.
