how do i tell what model ram i got?

i just received a stick of ram that i ordered. its a k-byte 256mb ddr notebook. it doesn't say on there is it pc2700 or pc2100. and i don't have anything to test it out with yet. any help on this?

Infineon -7 marking denotes 133 MHz CL2 chips. You got PC2100-CL2 there.
