How do I tell if my p3v4x has ics? edit: Nevermind. Found it

I just received it in the mail. The seller claimed it had ics. In the manual, it only tells how to set the jumpers for 16 speeds. The table printed on the mobo has only 16 speeds. Is there any surefire way to tell? The mobo ver is 1.02.
