How do i tell if my CPU is unlocked?

I think it isn't how do I unlock it or check if it is... Do need to connect the L1 bridges? I can't remember right now.. BTW it's an Athlon 1.2 ghz.

Yes, you need to look at the CPU. If the L1 bridges are connected then the CPU is unlocked
