How do I tell if my athlon classic is .18 or .25 micron?

I just bought an AMD Athlon 650 cpu and I'm wondering how to tell if it's a .18 or .25 cpu. I believe it was originally purchased last december (i think at least). How can I tell which type it is?

James look on the top of the cartridge where the #`s are and look to the end for a letter... if its a "C" then its a .25 I think an "A" is a .18 (not sure of the A but know for sure on the C...)
