How do i take out the Original HSF from my P3 550E? Guys?

i just got my GolbalWin vos32
now im tring too figure out how too take out
the Original HSF.. any ideas,Guides, help, would be appreciated!

i take it that it's a slot 1 cpu?

this should help you out if it is. this method is kinda scary since you have to push really hard on the processor, but it does work.

I would also like to know how to get the heatsink off a Slot-1 PIII 600MHz (Katmai). I followed the link and got the first screen OK but when I tried to go to the second one where the real info is contained, I got a "404 Not Found". Is there another way to get to that page or would you like to describe the process. Thanks.
