I have a crashed up plymouth with a full tank. That's like $30 bucks worth of gas. I wanna get that out...

I guess I use a tube and a bucket but I dont know the specifics. Can anyone help?

remember that time in college when you did that thing to that guy? yeah, try the same thing.

Of course, since it's crashed anyway you COULD just put a bucket under the tank and jam a screwdriver into it...

This is where my expertise comes in handy. Just put the tube in the gas tank, put the other side in your mouth, and suck it. Do not swallow what comes out though because it's nasty.

lol, i can't stop laughing.

just start the car and go watch TV for a few hours. if you are in a hot climate and it is an older car, you may want to just drive it instead. that is, if it still runs.

safe and easy 😛

Metal + Metal = Spark

Boom!

Highly unlikely, not to mention that there has to be air around for it to explode. You're jamming it into the bottom of the tank, not the top...what it hits is 100% liquid. You can put out a match in that stuff.

Most cars have anti-siphon device now. You have to disconnect the fuel line from the engine bay or the bottom and turn the key to ON (without starting it) and have a bucket ready.

I just thought of this, someone who owns a fish tank help me out.

There is a tube that hooks up to your sink and the other part goes into the fish tank and the last part goes on the floor.

Does anyone know what I am talking about?

I don't think that will work, as I believe both the tap water and the siphoned aquarium water come out through the same tube.

Also, these cost probably close to what the fuel costs.

I bought a siphon for a little under 2 bucks at Menard's. Used it to get old gas out of my Beetle's tank before I cleaned the tank out.
Just like this one
Put one end in the tank, squeeze on the other bulb while keeping it lower than the end you put in the tank.
