how do i take advantage of the usb connectors on my msi board?

i have an msi K7T Pro2a motherboard and i have a connector on the mobo titled "jusb2." what do i need to use it and where can i get? also can someone provide me with a link to info on my specific board.. i dont see any listings for k7T pro2a
