How do I synchronise MS Office 2003?

I have several computers and I want to share and synchronize Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders (calendar, contacts, journal, mail, tasks and notes) with other Outlook users without server.

I found ShareO which has a trial version but is there another possibly free way to set this up?

You're talking about pretty closed code, here. I would doubt anyone has made anything but Microsoft.
