How do I sync my MS Outlook Contacts on 2 PCs

Issue: 2 PCs - running MS Outlook - have to keep updating the same contact on each PC
Question: How to Sync the Contacts (address book) between the two computers.

I know of this app called OsaSync. Wondering if anybody knows of any freeware or some outlook tweak for this purpose
