Turn off the read only attribute of MSDOS.SYS in the root of C:. Open it in notepad and under the options sections add the line AUTOSCAN=0. Save, and reset the readonly attrib and you're done.
Or if you don't feel like playing around with the registry, just type msconfig in the RUN from your start menu, then click on ADVANCED, and check the box next to "Disable Scandisk after bad shutdown"
Badthad and Ploucos, thanks. I should have remembered the Advanced button in msconfig. Anyway, the problem was related to the IDE large cache issue. I fixed that (downloaded from Windows Update)and added the proper delay in the Registry. Microsoft KB article. Badthad had suggested this on another thread. Again, Badthad, THANKS!
What you need to do is reconfigure the coaxial partition with the variance of the HD, Thus enabling the router to bipass the transmition mainframe..
