how do I stop WinXP/IE from caching everything?

This is really annoying. WinXP keeps caching images. I'll upload an image, then delete it but it still shows up in IE. Then I modify it, upload it, but I still see the old image. The refresh and F5 buttons don't do any good either. How do I stop this crap? I'm also having some cookie creation problems thanks to this.

In IE, go to Tools/Internet Options/Settings. Under "Check for newer versions of Internet Pages" it's best to have it set to automatically. If you set it to "Every visit to the page" the cache will hardly ever be used. You can also set the space used for caching down to minimum.

Nope, doesn't work. When I upload the same picture to a different directory I see the new version though. Can you tell me if the numbers at the bottom of THIS picture are visible or blurred out?
