How Do I Stop This Message

When I boot, I keep, getting this error message "Some tasks did not execute at their scheduled times because the Task Scheduler Service was not running. You can view the list of missed tasks and attempt to run them again from within the scheduled task folder"

How do I reslove this problem, tell me where to find the file to eliminate this?? Thank you,

Arnold

Click START>RUN and type in MSCONFIG. Go to the STARTUP TAB and uncheck the box next to Task Scheduler. Problem solved. Just be sure to manually defragment your drive about once a month or so.
