How do i stop that annoying "click"?

In IE, whenever I mouse click on a link, there is a "click" noise. Stop it, before I kill again.

Nope.

The solution is twofold.

Firstly, post this in Software, NOT Hardware, & secondly, use Firefox instead of IE. No more clicking sounds, & less spyware.

Yeah, wrong forum but here's the solution: "Start, Settings, Control Panel, sounds And Multimedia, Under Windows Explorer section, Start Navigation, none" (c&p'ed from ThisIsMatt in another thread).

Go to %systemroot%\media folder:

(%systemroot% is windows or winnt on most systems)

del *.*

YES.

Yay! No more pesky windows sounds!
