How do I stop programs from loading on startup in XP?

In windows 98 I could go to system settings and "un-check" programs I didnt want to load. How do I do this in WInXP?
 
system settings .... you probably went to msconfig, its been added back to XP i believe, start>run>msconfig .. hope this helps ..
