in the right hand side I have all sorts of conversations. im trying to delete them all and block all messages from coming in. im in a bad mental state to deal with anything right now. it stresses me to see the red icon with numbers. and yes, I clsoed and deleted and blocked all notifications on my phone. im in a bad place right now.
It is the first thread in this sub-forum. Use it to unsubscribe from staff promotional messages. You can block (most) users on an individual basis, however you can't block everything and everyone. You will still receive notifications from the forum software for things like threads being moved to the correct sub-forum.
If you can't handle any kind of notification at all, you might want to simply not post here until you recover. See the following threads concerning the promotional messages from Future staff and configuring the notification button.
