How do I softmod my 6800NU?

I searched google and came up with a guide from guru3d.
The guide has this third tab in lowlevel settings called NVStrap. I don't have this tab, I only have the first two, overclocking and AGP. So how do I do the unlock?

I'm using Riva Tuner 15.2 and Det 66.93

I believe thoses new drivers (6693) are not supported by Riva Tuner.

that is correct.. i get that darn popup everytime i start RT.. try reverting back to 66.81's or something and see

edit: oops i just opened up RT under 66.93 and my nvstrap tab is available, and the unmask hardware box is there.. so i am not sure why yours would not be.. perhaps you got one of the unlucky cards that has the pipes laser cut and not simply masked?
