How do I slipstream Office 2000 SP2 into admin install?

I have been able to slipstream Office2k to SR1 and have tried following Microsoft's documentation to do the same thing for SP2 but even after installing, the applications do not reflect having service pack 2 installed (in help > about). Running the programs manually after installing does not pop up and say this has already been installed. I ran it using the following command for the four msp files:

msiexec /a Admin Path\Data1.msi /p Source Path\Sp2admin.msp SHORTFILENAMES=1

Has anyone gotten this to work?
