How do i show my RIG in a post without typing it all over every time.

I noticed that people sometimes show their rigs at the end of their posts or replies. Im assuming that they dont actually re-type it in everytime, as though they just click one button and it gets displays automatically. If this is so, then how can i do it.

They put it in their signature.

Go to profile in the toolbar to the top right, and type in your rig specs in the place provided for your sig.

Or you realize that having a "cool rig" doesn't make you any better of a person, and you take it out of the sig.

I personally dont like these link type rigs. The type that i would prefer is the one that allows me to just have my rig displayed in full when i want to without my having to input all the information all the time. i could have the rig copied and pasted from a saved document on my computer, but it just seems silly.

No one wants to see the gory details of your 1337 rig every time you post. Just fix your link.

i get it, so it can be done both ways. the link version makes sense to be displayed everytime, but the one thats displayed all the time seems kind of redundant. It should be there as an option.

its actually 3.73 but for some reason rounds off to 4. I dont know why.

But how did you somehow make your rig link show up as just the word "RIg". Mine shows the entire link with the HttP nonsense.

Copy the entire first line above. Paste it into you sig ... in the profile page.

Replace every * with [ and every # with ]

see if that works.
