how do i ship a mobo?

I am shipping a motherboard to someone on the FS/FT forum and don't have an anti-static bag. What can I use to protect it?

just wrap it in some bubble wrap and doubble box it it should be fine

static bag
place mobo in a box.
Find a slightly bigger box, pad it with some padding other than newspapers.
Put mobo in box.
Use newspapers to make it secure so it wont rock around too much. Toss a few times to make sure.
Ship and insure.

do places like mailboxes etc. sell anti-static bags? i'd go check out your local computer/office supply store. they might sell them.
