How do I ship a cpu without the original packaging?

The foam that came with my neo4 mobo shouldn't generate any problems would it? For some reason my brain links foam to static or something that could possibly damage the cpu.
 
foam is fine put it on both sides of the proc when you package it, then tape it and wrap it up in the static bag, ship, profit, done.
