How do I share my WinME internet w/my win2k box ?

I have just finished building a new box and have win2k running on it. I previously had 2 winME boxes using ICS to share, but got rid of that ME box and replaced it with my 2k box.

Internet Connection Sharing does not work on 2k, obviously. Is there any way to do this without spending money on a router ?

ICS works just fine on win2k...setup is very similar to winME as well.

look for the check box in tcp/ip properties
