I'm clueless. I'm trying to run a webserver off my computer and its not working at all 🙁 Could someone steer me in the direction of creating a domain? I'm installing apache. LMK!

well you don't "need" a domain name if you just want to try stuff. If you do have the webserver configured correctly with any forwarding settings on a router etc (everything is done right), you can just type in your IP address and you'll get the web page.
