How do I setup 7zip to either 1 click auto-extract (or self-extract through Grabit)?

I'm switching over from winrar to 7zip but I'm running into issues trying to configure 7zip to one click/step auto-extract the way winrar does. I'd also be happy to get 7zip to auto-extract from within Grabit as well. I've searched around a bit, but have'nt been able to figure this one out yet.

Not sure about Grabit but to do self extracting there is an checkbox for Create SFX archive on the add to archive window which is the self extract.
