How do I set up this T1 router?

So my dad's company switched to SBC from a horrible phone/internet provider WORSE than SBC. Anyway, SBC has just set up the T1 router (An AdTran TA624) for the internet, but they tell him "All LAN/NAT issues are the customer's responsibility". Well, I have been the techie for his work and this is something I've never dealt with before. Currently he has a cat 5 line from the other T1 router that goes into a hub, from the hub there is one line that runs to a Linksys router to a company upstairs and one line that runs to a Linksys router to a company downstairs.

Now I have the following info that SBC gave me:
Circuit Identification Number: XXXX.XXXXXX..XX
Network Block: XX.XXX.XXX.XXX/XX
Available IP's: XX.XXX.XXX.XXX - : XX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Assigned Router Address: XX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.224/27
DNS Resolution: XX.XX.XXX.XX and XXX.XXX.XXX.XX
Customer's default gateway to SBCIS: XX.XXX.XXX.XXX
WAN serial Address for Customer's Roueter: XX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.252/30

Now, I'm hoping that to set up the internet it is a matter of plugging some of this info into the 2 Linksys routers and that's it. Is that the case? Or do I have to change some settings in the AdTran router, like turning on DHCP? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

You should be able to set the 2 linksys routers to static IP's within your network block, one of the IP's in your Available IP's range. Make sure your default gateway and dns servers are the ones listed as well. Other then that, it should go pretty easily.

Ok, so set the IP to one in the "Available IP" range
Use the "Customer's default gateway to SBCIS" as the gateway
Use the two "DNS Resolution" addresses as the DNS addresses
Is that correct?

What is the "Assigned Router Address" then? Is that the IP of the Adtran router that SBC installed?

Yep, you would use that IP to telnet into it if you needed to make some config changes, but SBC already took care of all that for you.
