How do I set up the following drives?

Hi all, I'm going to start taking apart my current desktop in preparation for my new one next month. I have the following hard drives I want to install in my new computer: 1 Samsung 830 128GB, 2 Samsung 840 250GB in RAID 0, 1TB and 640GB Western Digital, 3TB and 320GB Seagate hard drives as well as a Blu Ray SATA drive. It's clearly a lot of drives to hook up. Would it be possible to have the Samsung 830 as a boot drive, RAID 0 Samsung 840s for games and the rest of the hard drives running normally? If so, how would I go about that? If it makes things much easier, I'm willing to cut off the smaller hard drives. Thanks in advance.

I don't know if that would work or not with the RAID just for games. Typically, RAID is the boot drive and it may depend on the MB and what configurations it has to offer.

I only had RAID 0 once and that was the boot drive. Since I now have SSD I don't see why RAID would be any faster with two platters.
