How do I set up sharing between 2 comps w/ Vista

I've got a laptop and pc both connected wireless to my router. Both have Vista Home Premium on them.

I want to back up stuff on my laptop every night to my PC wirelessly. I also want complete file sharing between the 2.

How do I set this up? Is there anywhere I can read about how to do this (user-friendly please).

Thanks I read all that....got everything set up.

However, I can't access my main computer from my laptop. I can access my laptop from my main. As far as I can see all network sharing settings are the same on both computers. Any ideas?
