How do I set up F@H through mobile control?

Hello all, with winter coming I can now fold (hopefully get back to the teAm!) and wanted to be able to monitor my client through this app here. https://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=24886
But I have no idea what I am doing.

I also think it would be great to have a general small question thread here, I'll probably have a good many, having not folded in a year and all.

Yeah. :/ I need something to monitor it from my ipad with, and this looked the best.
