how do i set up a Proxy server with Win2k Server?

fairly certain ISA configures itself for the most part.

not entirely familiar with how 2k does it but NT4 is fairly similar I'm certain.. if you've installed 2k and configured your tcp/ip settings try authenticating with the 2k server from another machine and enter http://hostaddress into your browser proxy settings on port 80.

should work right there.

proxy to share internet??

if so, you can use ICS (like in win98) or configure NAT through Internet services manager

let me know what you're trying to do, and i can get some more detailed instructions to you
