Since its a webcam and gets updated every so often I wanted to set it somewhere in my desktop so I can see the cars that go by in the nurburgring test track everyday. Is there a way to do this without making it take up my enitire wallpaper ( Like a start up program or something )? And if there isnt, how do I make it work as the wallpaper...
I found the directions for XP, but they simply cannot work with Vista because of all teh different menus, etc.
Right click on desktop -> properties -> desktop -> customize desktop -> web -> New -> then add the url of the webcam image
