How do i set the CAS on my ram???

I would like to now were in my bios do I set the cas for my ram thanks for the info.......... I now my ram is cas3 if I set it to cas2 what sort of performace gains will i see????

its under advanced chipset options, like "dram delay" or something.
edit: oh yaz like 3%-5%
