How do I set receive confirmation on Outlook 2000?

I thought there was a email receive confirmation for when you send email to others in Outlook 2000. Can someone tell me how to enable it?

When composing the email, you can go to View>Options and check "Request a read receipt" or for all email, go to Tools>Options \ Preferences: Email Options \ Tracking Options and check "Request a read receipt for all messages I send"

Just be aware that often, getting the receipt requires the person you're sending email to to allow the receipt to be sent back to you.
