How do I set my computer to receive faxes?

I saw it happen yesterday when I was at my credit union. I had to have my insurance company fax over something and they received it via the computer. It was in a document format kinda like a picture viewer. It was pretty neat, anyone know how to get this done via a computer?

Oh yeah, the fax was received through Outlook.

It might be an option you have to install from the Office CD. Kodak Imaging (comes with Windows) can also view faxes

Outlook at work is setup to receive faxes, but I've never used it though
