Under win98 I would use hztool to set all my default rates to 85Hz. This doesn't work under windows 2000. Does anyone know of a utility that will let me set my rate under w2k?

Go to the Control Panel -> settings tab -> Advancedtab -> Monitor.
here u can change the settings for it.if this does not work out,
get the drivers for ur monitor!
