I tried searching the forums but theres too many threads that show up so i couldnt find one that tells how to send in a MIR. I heard they are really picky about sending in the rebate correctly so can someone plz tell me how or link me to somewhere that shows how? I got in on the Kingston HyperX deal at Best Buy and i have 2 rebate forms and receipts. Do i just fill out this form then stick it in an envelope with the receipt and the UPC? On the form it says send in a copy of receipt, so would i send in the two receipts called rebate receipt (theres 3 receipts, 1 normal one and 2 rebate receipts) or a copy of those? Plz help me send in my first MIR correctly! THX

Read the directions of the rebate. They are there for a reason.

Just send in the actual rebate receipts since that is what they are for.

(1) Follow the directions on the rebate form to the word
(2) Make copies of EVERYTHING (receipt, rebate form, UPC, etc).
(3) Make a note of the date the rebate was mailed
(4) Don't worry if the time to receive the rebate check is longer than what is specified on the rebate form...that's how it usually goes.

Send in the form, filled out
Send in a copy of the reciept (if they gave you two "rebate reciepts" send one of those in)
Send in either the original UPC (cut from the box) or a copy, depending on what the directions say

stick all of it in an envelope and send it to the address specified.

I've followed the directions for every rebate i've ever sent in, and have always gotten the rebate back.

Thirded. Make sure you triple check what you filled out and what you are giving them, too. If you have any questions, call the number on the rebate form and make sure you get the CSR's name/ID number, and if there is a log number for your call get that.
