How do I send a private message to another member?

Went down the rabbit hole I thought would get me there but it almost appears as though I was starting a "Conversation" in another thread or something. I'm looking to send a private message to a single forum member only. I know before the forum change it was very transparent how to do this... Now? Not so much. Do I simply find the person via name, and then "start a conversation" with them using the link in their profile? That is what I did that prompted this post. Again, the wording does not seem like it's indicating a "private message will be sent" (like it used to).

That's exactly what you do. That is xenforo's version of a PM.
