How do I send a e-mail to everyone in Lotus Notes 5??

Hi, I need to send an e-mail to everyone in my company. Right now we use Lotus Notes 5. I have no idea how to do this, but my boss has done this before, yet he is not in today so I can?t ask him to show me what to do. I?m thinking that I would send it out in the TO: field like this, all@mycompany.com or everyone@mycompany.com. Is this correct? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

There is probably a Group already set up in the company Address Book for "All", or "Everyone", or something like that.

When you are typing in the text of the note, there should be a button called <Address...> at the top of the window. Click it, and search through the address books for the Group. Groups have a different little icon that looks like a few people instead of just a single person's head and shoulders. If you want to be sure you have the right group, click on it and then click Open...it will show you the list of names it contains. To use the group, click the appropriate button (any of <To:>, <CC:>, or <bcc:>) to move it into the memo you are typing.
