How do I send a cashier's check through the mail?

I am paying someone with a cashier's check for $1625. How do I make sure this thing gets there?

Step 2: Mail it. (use registered mail if you want to make sure they get it)

It won't, not with registered mail. Or if you're really paranoid, use Fed Ex overnight service.

An envelope. Any size. They'll put a special tag on it at the PO.
