How Do I See My Posts on this Website?

Is there something I click on to just see the threads that I have posted in? I don't like having to navigate through all of ATOT to find the threads I've posted in.
 
Click User CP off the menu at the top, then Your Profile at the top of the second column, click the tab Statistics, there is the link you want.

If you want to save the link, right click it and choose bookmark or save. Do not try to use the URL after that page resolves after you click on the link.
