How do I save a streaming flash video?

I wanted to save a video that is streaming from a site in flash. I looked under Page Info>Media> to save the .swf file, but no luck. Any other way to do this?

Yup, KeepVid is what I use as well.

i also use the DownloadHelper extension for Firefox. however, this method and KeepVid only work for sites whose streaming videos are *fully* buffered to the hard drive.
