Right click the app and choose run as administrator.

UAC is an important part of security,if you disable it how will you know if you have a rogue program ie trojan running in the background or unauthorized access?..at least with UAC it confirms that YOU have allowed a program to run.

I suggest you download and try Tweak UAC in quiet mode,do not disable it,http://www.tweak-uac.com/home/

Btw you will find Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php a lot better then Spybot.

ya, you can do two things
lower the UAC slider down to off
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc709691(WS.10).aspx

and you can set gpedit.msc (group edit) policies lower for certain types of files - like I do for .exe
heres what it looks like in XP (I never saw that "do you want to run" message)
this is only 2 screenies, but you have to do it correctly in all categories, a bit of a pain, and takes a bit to figure it all out
(note that home and home prem have no gpedit)

You can also run in true admin mode so you dont have to right click run as, but thats a little extreme
