How do I run turnkey (database) program on networked PCs?

Hi, all.

I have a program that runs on Win98SE. It uses an old MS db engine, I think it's "jet" something?
It has another module/program that makes entries and changes to the db that I would like to run from a networked pc connected to the pc storing the db. How would I do that?
