How do I run 3 computers on 2 IP addresses?

I have a cable connection that assigns up to 2 IP addresses. My problem is that there are 3 computers in the house and I would like to be able to allow all 3 to surf the internet, play online games like counter-strike, etc... I also have a Cyrix 200Mhz, could I use this as some sort of server that will plit one of the IP addresses in 2? I've set-up a home network between 2 computers here but I have no idea what to do to allow a third to surf the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: My IP addresses are dynamic.

you need some internet connection sharing software, there are quite a few different makers out there, including ICS on win98SE and above.
